ENTERING YOUR DUOS/TRIOS AND GROUPS
- The eldest member of the Duo/Trio must register on their account to ensure they are competing in the appropiate age group.
- Group age is based on the average age of the group however a maximum of 2 dancers can be older that the age category and must not be more than 2 years older than the age category. for example. A group entered in the 10 years age category may have 2 dancers older that the age of 10 but not exceeding 12 however this can only occur if the average age is still 10 years.
eg. A group of Twelve Dancers entered in the 10's age Category
Dancers Average Age - 9, 10, 10, 9, 10, 9, 10, 10, 10, 9, 11, 12, = 9.9 years
ENTERING YOUR SOLOS
- We recommend that you encourage students to enter their own solos to save you time. You will still be able to access their music uploads, scores and critiques through your Studio Portal, even if they register themselves as long. Students are automatically linked when they enter Your Studio in their Performer Profile.
- Click Here for instructions on how to create a performers account to pass on to your parents.
- You will require the Student's full name, date of birth, address as well as Parent Contact Details.
- Your students can access their Music Uploads, Live Event schedule / program, Scores and Critiques using their login (First Name & Last Name OR Email address, and a Password)
- For each student who is Linked to your Studio Account, you will ALSO be able to access their Music, Scores and Critiques.

Please note your entry is NOT CONFIRMED until full payment has been received.
If entries are not paid for in full or you have not made your first payment of atleast $100 within 48 hours of placing your entries they will be deleted off the system to allow space for others
